return your purchase to us for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H).

page for a Return Authorization Number for fastest refund or exchange.
- Please let us know your reason for return.
- Send your package back.
- Write the RA# on the label of your return.
- Insure your package against possible loss or damage.
- We will inspect the return to ensure return of all parts, packaging,
manuals, etc.
- All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must
include all original packaging materials, blank warranty cards, manuals and
accessories.
- We will send out a replacement or refund your purchase price (minus shipping
and any adjustments if there are missing parts, manuals, etc.)
